RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responds to Support Tickets on the Discord platform
REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic knowledge of Discord bots
  • Patience, respectful communication skills
BONUS REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with NodeJS
IT ENGINEER
Provides server troubleshooting for the community, helps users with bots, and sometimes assists Project Managers with technical tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help with individual's problems
  • Assists Project Managers with technical tasks

PROJECT MANAGER
Plans and assigns project tasks, collaborates with IT Engineers to ensure on-time completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sends progress updates to either the Manager or CEO
